Since we are limiting the number of attendees to 120 for the party, (to ensure a balanced mix of people and to provide an intimate-sized party experience), PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TO REGISTER FOR THE PARTY.

1) Register for the party.  Then wait to receive an email confirming your place for the event.  However, as stated on the party fee page, if we have reached the capacity within the catagory you are registering for, we will instead send you an email telling you that you have been placed on a waiting list.

2) book your hotel room; AFTER you have received your party confirmation email, you can book your room at the fabulous hotel we have arranged for you during the party weekend..  Please reserve your room(s) as soon as possible to ensure a place at the hotel at the great party price. (You will NOT have to immediately PAY for your hotel reservation, but you will HAVE to go to the hotel room page and RESERVE your place at the hotel to ensure your accomodations for the weekend. Payment needs to be made by August 1st, 2012 to finalise your reservation).
